ListYourStay.com ("LYS", "we", "us") is a worldwide discovery directory for nature-connected getaway stays. We provide a platform where hosts can list their properties and travellers can discover and contact them. LYS is not a party to any booking, rental, or accommodation agreement between hosts and travellers.
By creating a listing on ListYourStay you confirm that you have the right to list the property and that all information provided is accurate. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing, your pricing, your availability, and all communications and transactions with travellers. LYS takes no commission on bookings and is not responsible for any disputes between hosts and travellers.
Listing on LYS is free. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features such as featured placements and promotional listings in the future. We will never charge a commission on bookings made through the platform.
To sustain the free listing service, LYS may display links to third-party booking platforms including but not limited to Agoda, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, and Expedia on listing pages. Some of these links may be affiliate links through which LYS earns a referral fee from the third-party platform when a booking is completed. These links are provided for the convenience of travellers and do not affect the host's direct booking rates, the traveller's price on LYS, or the relationship between hosts and travellers. By listing on LYS, hosts grant LYS the right to display such third-party booking links on their listing pages at LYS's sole discretion.
Travellers may register a free account to contact hosts and leave reviews. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate these terms.
Reviews and listing content must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms without notice.
The LYS Verified badge indicates that we have conducted a light verification of host identity and property existence. It is not a guarantee of safety, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Travellers should conduct their own due diligence before making any booking or payment.
LYS is a discovery and information platform only. We are not responsible for the conduct of hosts or travellers, the quality or safety of any listed property, any loss or damage arising from a stay, or any disputes between hosts and travellers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LYS's liability is limited to the fees (if any) paid by the user to LYS in the preceding 12 months.
Your use of LYS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LYS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the last-updated date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
